InsideStormWindows offers
two payment options. Both options require a 50% deposit with your
order. The balance is paid just prior to shipping. All of our products
are CUSTOM MADE to your specifications, so we cannot take returns.
The first is the standard
Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover Card. These can be used
through our Secure Merchant Gateway. Just click on the “Secure
Checkout” button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
The 2nd method is with a
personal check. You can print out the shopping cart page and send it
along with your deposit to:

Once your check clears,
your order will be processed. We will notify you when the order is
ready to ship. You will then send the balance check, and once it clears
your bank, we will ship your InsideStormWindows.
If there
is damage to the carton when you receive it from the shipper, you must
file a claim with the shipping agent.
All products are inspected prior to shipping,
and are packaged in new condition.
